The Citi Rewards Card offers a first-year annual fee waiver, and students are eligible to apply. It provides 5X points for mobile payments and 3X points for contactless payments. Points can be converted to miles, where mobile payments yield HK$3 per mile and contactless payments yield HK$5 per mile, and the points have no expiration date.
