1. 全新信用卡新客戸於推廣期內經指定MoneyHero網頁成功申請指定渣打銀行信用卡（根據以下所列），於2023年10月31日或之前獲有關銀行批核並於限期內成功遞交奬賞換領表格，即可獲贈面值HK$1,200之Apple Store 禮品卡或面值HK$1,200之HKTVmall 現金券（「特別獎賞」）。

3. 合資格申請人需於收取奬賞換領表格後7日內填妥並成功遞交MoneyHero 的奬賞換領表格。如申請人未能收到相關奬賞換領表格，需以電郵發送你的申請日期及申請產品名稱 (如︰渣打Smart卡)至support@moneyhero.com.hk 以索取MoneyHero獎賞換領表格。
4. 於2023年10月31日或之前獲批核所申請的合資格信用卡，批核以銀行系統紀錄為準，
5. 合資格持卡人需於指定信用卡成功獲批後7日內連同(1)申請之產品名稱、(2)申請日期及(3)成功批核短訊/電郵截圖電郵至support@moneyhero.com.hk ，以供確認申請人獎賞資格。一經確認符合獎賞資格，MoneyHero將會於90天內向合資格申請人發送獎賞換領通知，所需時間或會因獎品供應商送貨時間及其他實際情況變動。

5. 如有任何爭議，MoneyHero保留最終決定權並對所有參加者具約束力。

11. 參與此活動即代表你同意MoneyHero有權跟據MoneyHero的私隱政策有權向有關金額機構分享及查詢申請人個人資料，包括申請情況及是否滿足奬賞換領條件，以作為界定申請人是否能獲得奬賞之用。
12. 關金融產品之最終批核受信貸及風險評估而定，有關金融機構保留擁有對產品審批之最終決定權。MoneyHero不保證此推廣活動之參加者所申請的任何金融產品的審核狀況。
13. 你若因參與此活動造成或承受任何破壞、損失、責任、傷害或失望，MoneyHero概不負責。一旦參與此活動，你將不追究MoneyHero及其銷售伙伴任何責任，包括但不限於獲贈之禮品及優惠。
14. 如果申請人被發現或合理懷疑參與任何形式的欺詐行為（包括但不限於虛假身份、篡改圖像、故意發送垃圾郵件或操控任何 MoneyHero 的流程或網站），MoneyHero將保留取消任何參與者的資格並扣留或沒收全部或部分禮品的權利。

Terms and Conditions of MoneyHero Standard Chartered Sep 2023 HK$1,200 Apple Store Gift Card / HK$1,200 HKTVmall Voucher

1. New Credit Card Customers who successfully apply for a Designated Card within the Promotion Period (each as defined below) through MoneyHero, are approved by Standard Chartered Bank (the “Card Provider”) on or before Oct 31, 2023, and submit the MoneyHero Reward Redemption Form will receive a Apple Store Gift Card of face value HK$1,200 or HKTVmall Voucher of face value HK$1,200 (“Promotion Reward").

2. Promotion Period
3. Unless otherwise specified, the promotion period of the Promotion is from 12:00 p.m. Aug 31, 2023 to 12:00 p.m. Oct 3, 2023, dates inclusive (the “Promotion Period”).

3. Eligible Customers

In order to receive the Promotion Reward and to comprise "Eligible Customers", customers are required to, during the Promotion Period:

1. Be a New Credit Card Customer (as defined below);
2. Fully complete and submit an application for the Designated Card (as defined below) on the designated link through MoneyHero (including providing a valid email address to MoneyHero prior to being redirected to the Standard Chartered website) during the Promotion Period. If the application is not made via the designated link, or an Ad-blocker, tracking blocker or incognito mode is enabled during the application, it may not be counted as valid and may lead to the customer not being eligible for any rewards. MoneyHero reserves the right to withhold any rewards where, according to its records, the application is not made through MoneyHero in accordance with these Terms and Conditions;
3. Fully complete and submit the MoneyHero Reward Redemption Form within 7 days of receiving the MoneyHero Reward Redemption Form from MoneyHero. Applicants should reach out to support@moneyhero.com.hk and include their date of application and the name of product they applied to request for a MoneyHero Reward Redemtion Form if they have not received the reward redemption form from MoneyHero;
4. Have their application for the Designated Card approved by Standard Chartered Bank on or before Oct 31, 2023, subject to the card providers’ system records; and
5. Submit (1) the name of the Designated Card applied for, (2) their application date, and (3) screen capture of the approval SMS or Email notification to support@moneyhero.com.hk within 7 days of receiving approval from Standard Chartered Bank, which will be used by MoneyHero to verify reward eligibility. A redemption notification will be sent to Eligible Customers via email within 90 days of eligibility confirmation, depending on the gift vendor's delivery time or other factors that may affect the fulfillment time of the Promotion Reward.

8. New Credit Card Customers

For the purposes of the Promotion, New Credit Card Customers shall be defined as:

1. Applicants who do not currently hold and have not cancelled any principal card of Standard Chartered Credit Card or MANHATTAN Credit Card issued by Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong) Limited in the past 6 months from the date of approval of their current applications for a Designated Card.

6. Promotion Reward
7. The Promotion Reward that an Eligible Customer will receive upon fulfilling the conditions above is the following:  
8. Apple Store Gift Card, value of HK$1,200 (as of June 1, 2023, according to Apple)

ii.HKTVmall Voucher, value of HK$1,200 (as of June 1, 2023, according to HKTVmall)

1. MoneyHero is not associated with the provider of the Rewards and is not responsible for any issues related to usage of any Rewards. Any enquiries regarding the Rewards should be directed to the provider/manufacturer of the Promotion Reward.
2. If the provider of the Promotion Reward(s) stops supplying the relevant Promotion Reward(s) / the Promotion Reward(s) can no longer be purchased from official channels, MoneyHero reserves the right to change the Promotion Reward and replace it with an alternative of similar value.

7. Redemption Process for the Promotion Reward
8. The general redemption process set out on the MoneyHero Website shall not apply to this Promotion. The redemption process for the Promotion Reward shall be governed solely by the Terms and Conditions of this Promotion.
9. Customers are required to:
10. fully complete and submit the MoneyHero Reward Redemption Form within 7 days of receiving the MoneyHero Reward Redemption Form from MoneyHero; and
11. within 7 days of receiving approval from Standard Chartered Bank, submit their (1) name of the Designated Card applied for, (2) application date, (3) screen capture of approval SMS or Email notification to support@moneyhero.com.hk, which will be used by MoneyHero to verify reward eligibility.
12. Customers who do not complete the above within the stipulated periods will not be eligible to receive any Promotion Reward, even if they fulfill all other conditions.
13. Participants who provide inaccurate or incorrect information in the MoneyHero Reward Redemption Form (as determined by MoneyHero acting in its absolute discretion) will not be able to receive any Promotion Reward.
14. A redemption notification will be sent to Eligible Customers via email within 90 days of eligibility confirmation, depending on the gift vendor's delivery time or other factors that may affect the fulfillment time of the Promotion Reward.
15. The duration of the redemption process will be affected by the actual situation regarding user’s approval and transaction status or other factors that may affect eligibility for the Promotion Reward, including but not limited to the time required to purchase and arrange for the fulfilment of Promotion Rewards.
16. Customers are required to redeem the Promotion Reward on or before Dec 31, 2023. Any queries regarding redemption, or redemption submissions of the Promotion Reward that are received after this date will not be handled, except for those already in progress.

8. General Promotion Terms
9. In case of any disputes, MoneyHero reserves the right to make the final decision in its absolute discretion, which shall be binding on all participants.
10. MoneyHero reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, including changing the Promotion Period or Promotion Reward or to terminate this Promotion with or without prior notice.
11. Promotion Rewards are not refundable nor exchangeable for cash or other rewards.  All products and services relating to the Promotion are available while stock lasts. Customers are responsible for checking the quality of the Promotion Rewards at the time of redemption. MoneyHero shall have no legal liability relating to any aspects of the Promotion Rewards including but not limited to its quality, supply, delivery and maintenance.
12. Promotion Rewards that remain unclaimed past the stipulated collection period (if any) will be forfeited.
13. By participating in this Promotion, participants hereby represent and warrant that they will comply with all applicable Hong Kong laws or regulations in connection with their participation in this Promotion and they will not use this Promotion for any illegal or fraudulent purposes.
14. By participating in this Promotion, participants agree to allow the product provider to update MoneyHero with information regarding the status of their application, including whether or not said application is successful and whether the participant has fulfilled all the conditions required to receive a Promotion Reward, for the purposes of verifying a participant’s eligibility for the Promotion Reward.
15. By participating in this Promotion, participants consent to MoneyHero sharing their personal details with the product provider in order to accurately track the number of applications and/or approvals, as well as to confirm whether a participant is eligible to receive any Promotion Reward(s), in accordance with MoneyHero’s Privacy Policy.
16. Final approval of any product is determined by the product provider in its absolute discretion and is subject to their credit and risk processing criteria. Participation in this Promotion does not guarantee the approval of any product applied for. MoneyHero does not guarantee the approval of any product applied for.
17. MoneyHero accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by participants as a result of their participation in this Promotion. By participating in this Promotion, participants release MoneyHero and its agents from all liability, including, without limitation, with respect to this Promotion and the Promotion Rewards.
18. MoneyHero reserves the right to disqualify any participant and withhold or confiscate in full or part any rewards if the participant is found to be, or reasonably suspected of participating in any form of fraudulent practices (including but not limited to false identities, doctoring images, willful spamming or manipulation of any MoneyHero’s processes, or website).
19. In the event of any discrepancies between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
